Educate and inform Licking County about the Board’s mission

Duties: In this role, you’ll work to connect, engage and support community partners while educating them about our agency and services through events, activities and collaboration.

The Organization: Since 1967, the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities has been serving the people of Licking County. Today, we employ more than 90 staff members and work with over 2000 individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. In addition, we offer:

• Outstanding pay ($20.36 - $31.55 per hour)

• 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, some nights and/or weekends required)

Our Location: We’re located at 116 N. 22^nd Street in Newark, OH, a quick 30 minute drive from Columbus, Zanesville, Lancaster, Mt. Vernon and the Buckeye Lake area.

Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field. Must be well organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to build and cultivate relationships with community partners. Strong communication skills are necessary.
